Warranty Policy

×

Warranty Policy

Please read the warranty terms before purchasing.

Important: Warranty coverage depends on the warranty specifically mentioned on the individual product page. Please check the product page before purchasing to know whether the product carries a Brand Warranty or Hussainmart Warranty.

🏢

Brand Warranty

If the product page mentions a Brand Warranty, warranty service is provided by the respective brand or its authorised service centre according to the brand's applicable warranty terms.

🔧

Hussainmart Warranty

If the product page specifically mentions Hussainmart Warranty, Hussainmart will provide the applicable warranty service according to the stated warranty period and conditions.

🏢 Brand Warranty

Products carrying a Brand Warranty are covered by the respective manufacturer's or brand's warranty terms.

You may need to visit or contact the brand's authorised service centre.
Hussainmart can provide reasonable support and assistance in helping you reach the appropriate authorised service channel.
Repair, replacement, parts and other warranty decisions are subject to the respective brand's warranty terms.
Hussainmart does not provide a separate Hussainmart Warranty where the product is covered only by Brand Warranty.

🛠️ Hussainmart Warranty

Hussainmart Warranty applies only when the product page clearly mentions the applicable warranty period.

Example:
Hussainmart Warranty – 1 Year Service
Hussainmart Warranty – 6 Months Service

Only products specifically marked with Hussainmart Warranty on their product page are eligible for Hussainmart Warranty service.

✓ What Is Covered?

Hussainmart Warranty is intended to cover eligible manufacturing defects occurring during the stated warranty period, subject to inspection and verification.

Manufacturing defects may be eligible for warranty service.
Product must not have physical damage caused by accident, misuse or mishandling.
Product may be inspected before the claim is approved.
Warranty service may involve repair, replacement or another applicable remedy.

⚠️ What Is Not Covered?

Unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page, Hussainmart Warranty does not cover:

Physical damage, broken parts or cracked components
Accidental drops, impacts or falls
Misuse, abuse or improper handling
Damage caused by external force
Water or liquid damage where not specifically covered
Unauthorised modification, repair or tampering
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic deterioration

Physical Damage: If a manufacturing defect is claimed after the product has been dropped, broken, crushed or physically damaged, the claim may be rejected if the defect is found to have resulted from that physical damage.

↻ Warranty Is Not Automatically a Refund

A warranty claim is primarily intended to provide warranty service for an eligible manufacturing defect. Warranty coverage does not automatically mean a full refund or a new replacement.

Depending on inspection, product condition, repair feasibility and applicable warranty terms, Hussainmart may provide repair, replacement, exchange or an applicable value settlement.

📋 How to Claim Hussainmart Warranty

1

Contact Hussainmart

Contact customer support and provide your order details and warranty information.

2

Initial Verification

We may request photos, videos or other information to understand the problem.

3

Product Inspection

If required, the product may be collected for inspection and warranty assessment.

4

Repair or Applicable Remedy

If the issue is determined to be an eligible manufacturing defect, Hussainmart will arrange the applicable warranty remedy.

🚚 Pickup & Delivery

For eligible Hussainmart Warranty claims, Hussainmart may arrange pickup and delivery of the product where such service is available.

₹ Warranty Value & Depreciation

Where an eligible Hussainmart Warranty product cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced, Hussainmart may, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the case, provide an appropriate value settlement.

The product value may reduce by 10% for each completed month from the original purchase value, subject to a minimum value floor of 40%.

Time Elapsed	Remaining Value	Example on ₹500
1 Month	90%	₹450
2 Months	80%	₹400
3 Months	70%	₹350
4 Months	60%	₹300
5 Months	50%	₹250
6 Months or More	Minimum 40%	Minimum ₹200

Important: This calculation applies only where a value settlement is otherwise available under the applicable Hussainmart Warranty terms and does not override mandatory consumer rights or applicable law.

💡 Warranty Value Examples

Example 1 — ₹500 Product

Warranty: 6 months

Eligible manufacturing defect after 3 completed months.

Illustrative remaining value: 70% = ₹350

Example 2 — ₹500 Product

Warranty: 6 months

Eligible manufacturing defect after 5 completed months.

Illustrative remaining value: 50% = ₹250

Example 3 — 1 Year Warranty

For a 1-year Hussainmart Warranty, the 10% monthly reduction applies only for the first 6 completed months.

After 6 months, the minimum warranty-value floor is 40% of the original purchase value, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

🔄 Repair, Exchange or Value Settlement

If a product covered by Hussainmart Warranty cannot be repaired or otherwise resolved, Hussainmart may determine an appropriate remedy based on product condition, availability and applicable warranty terms.

Repair the product
Replace or exchange the product where appropriate
Provide an applicable value settlement where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible

📅 Warranty Period

The warranty period applicable to a product will be the warranty period specifically mentioned on that product's page at the time of purchase.

Example: If the product page states "Hussainmart Warranty – 1 Year Service", the product is covered for the stated period, subject to the applicable warranty conditions.

👤 Customer Responsibility

Keep your order details or invoice safely.
Use and handle the product according to the manufacturer's or product instructions.
Do not attempt unauthorised repairs or modifications.
Report suspected manufacturing defects as soon as reasonably possible.
Keep the product and relevant accessories available if inspection or pickup is required.

Important Warranty Notice

Warranty coverage is available according to the warranty type, period and conditions stated on the applicable product page and this Warranty Policy.

Brand Warranty products are subject to the applicable manufacturer's or brand's warranty terms. Hussainmart may provide reasonable support in helping customers access the brand's authorised service channel.

Hussainmart Warranty products are serviced according to the applicable Hussainmart Warranty terms stated above.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

Warranty terms may vary by product. Customers should always review the warranty information displayed on the individual product page before purchasing.
