Products carrying a Brand Warranty are covered by the respective manufacturer's or brand's warranty terms.

• You may need to visit or contact the brand's authorised service centre.
• Hussainmart can provide reasonable support and assistance in helping you reach the appropriate authorised service channel.
• Repair, replacement, parts and other warranty decisions are subject to the respective brand's warranty terms.
• Hussainmart does not provide a separate Hussainmart Warranty where the product is covered only by Brand Warranty.

🛠️ Hussainmart Warranty

Hussainmart Warranty applies only when the product page clearly mentions the applicable warranty period.

Only products specifically marked with Hussainmart Warranty on their product page are eligible for Hussainmart Warranty service.

✓ What Is Covered?

Hussainmart Warranty is intended to cover eligible manufacturing defects occurring during the stated warranty period, subject to inspection and verification.

• Manufacturing defects may be eligible for warranty service.
• Product must not have physical damage caused by accident, misuse or mishandling.
• Product may be inspected before the claim is approved.
• Warranty service may involve repair, replacement or another applicable remedy.

⚠️ What Is Not Covered?

Unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page, Hussainmart Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage, broken parts or cracked components
• Accidental drops, impacts or falls
• Misuse, abuse or improper handling
• Damage caused by external force
• Water or liquid damage where not specifically covered
• Unauthorised modification, repair or tampering
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic deterioration

↻ Warranty Is Not Automatically a Refund

A warranty claim is primarily intended to provide warranty service for an eligible manufacturing defect. Warranty coverage does not automatically mean a full refund or a new replacement.

Depending on inspection, product condition, repair feasibility and applicable warranty terms, Hussainmart may provide repair, replacement, exchange or an applicable value settlement.

📋 How to Claim Hussainmart Warranty

🚚 Pickup & Delivery

For eligible Hussainmart Warranty claims, Hussainmart may arrange pickup and delivery of the product where such service is available.

₹ Warranty Value & Depreciation

Where an eligible Hussainmart Warranty product cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced, Hussainmart may, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the case, provide an appropriate value settlement.

The product value may reduce by 10% for each completed month from the original purchase value, subject to a minimum value floor of 40%.

🔄 Repair, Exchange or Value Settlement

If a product covered by Hussainmart Warranty cannot be repaired or otherwise resolved, Hussainmart may determine an appropriate remedy based on product condition, availability and applicable warranty terms.

• Repair the product
• Replace or exchange the product where appropriate
• Provide an applicable value settlement where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible

📅 Warranty Period

The warranty period applicable to a product will be the warranty period specifically mentioned on that product's page at the time of purchase.

👤 Customer Responsibility

• Keep your order details or invoice safely.
• Use and handle the product according to the manufacturer's or product instructions.
• Do not attempt unauthorised repairs or modifications.
• Report suspected manufacturing defects as soon as reasonably possible.
• Keep the product and relevant accessories available if inspection or pickup is required.
