• 📍 The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and PIN code.

• HussainMart reserves the right to confirm or cancel an order in cases such as incorrect information, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability, pricing errors or other genuine reasons.
• An order is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted/processed by HussainMart.

💰 2. Product Prices & Payments

• All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
• 💳 Payment methods available on the website may vary from time to time.
• In case of a genuine pricing or technical error, HussainMart reserves the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.
• Applicable delivery charges, taxes or other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

📦 3. Product Delivery

• HussainMart will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery period.
• 🚚 Delivery time may vary due to location, weather, logistics, holidays, courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers should be available to receive the order or provide a suitable delivery instruction.
• Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

🔍 4. Product Inspection

Customers are advised to check the product and packaging carefully at the time of delivery, especially for Open Box Delivery.

📹 For damaged, defective or wrong-product claims, an unboxing video and clear photographs may be requested for verification.

🔄 5. Return, Refund & Exchange

Return, refund and exchange will be governed by our separate Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

✅ Claims may be considered for:

• 💥 Damaged/broken product
• ⚙️ Defective product
• 🔄 Wrong product received

❌ Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

If the product is correct, undamaged and functioning properly, return/refund/exchange will generally not be available merely because the customer does not like the product or has changed their mind.

🏷️ 6. Branded Products & Warranty

For branded products carrying a manufacturer’s warranty:

• 🔧 Manufacturing defects may need to be handled through the brand’s authorized service centre.
• 🤝 HussainMart may provide reasonable assistance with the warranty/service process.
• The final decision regarding repair, replacement or warranty coverage will be subject to the brand’s warranty terms and service-centre inspection.

🚨 7. Open Box Delivery

For Open Box Delivery:

• Customers should inspect the product before accepting the delivery.
• 📦 Visible damage, wrong product or missing items should be reported during the delivery inspection.
• Once the customer accepts an Open Box Delivery after inspection, claims relating to issues that could reasonably have been identified during that inspection may not be accepted.

This provision remains subject to applicable consumer laws and regulations.

Where a manufacturer’s warranty is provided:

• Warranty coverage will be subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
• Warranty does not normally cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification or improper handling.
• Customers may be required to contact the manufacturer’s authorized service centre.
